Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, except for damaged items. In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We replace items that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged items within 14 days of receipt of the products.
After receiving the damaged item, we will send you a return postage sticker that you can use to return the product to us. We will then send you a replacement, if available. If no replacement is available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or stolen packages
ResiBands is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, the delivery of which has been confirmed to the address given for an order. Upon request, ResiBands will confirm delivery to the address, delivery date, tracking information and carrier information that the customer can investigate.
We allow 48 hours from the time you placed your order to cancel your order, after this time, you will not receive a refund if you decide that ResiBands is not right for you, except for damaged items.
